This laboratory course provides the students to have an opportunity for a hands-on experience on microsystems.

The objective of the course is to provide the students deepened knowledge on the operation principals of new active actuator materials and guide them applying the active actuator materials in various applications. In this course, microrobotics and other micromechatronic motion control applications will be in focus.

The objective of the course is to give a deeper view onto microfluidics as one of the miniaturization technologies. The students will not only learn about state-of-the-art developments in the field, but also have exercises including simulation and modelling.
